Acceptable Use Policy
This policy defines what you may and may not do with Mailor. It exists to protect recipients, our
sending infrastructure, and the deliverability that every customer depends on.
What is permitted?
- B2B outreach to recipients you may lawfully contact under applicable law.
- Personalized cold email and legitimate follow-up that stops on reply.
- Use of AI-generated drafts that you review before sending.
What is prohibited?
- Phishing, impersonation, or any deceptive claim about who you are or what you offer.
- Ignoring opt-outs, or re-adding a recipient who has unsubscribed.
- Sending to purchased lists of personal (non-business) addresses.
- Using Mailor to distribute malware or unlawful content.
- Attempting to bypass credit accounting or account limits.
What are the email outreach requirements?
Every message must include a working unsubscribe mechanism and must accurately identify the
sender — the core requirements of the
CAN-SPAM Act.
Mailor enforces the unsubscribe link; identifying yourself accurately is your responsibility.
How is this enforced?
Violations can result in suspension or termination of the account. Report abuse to
[email protected].
