AI Disclosure
Mailor uses AI in two places: inferring your ideal customer profile, and drafting cold emails.
Everything else — sending, tracking and billing — is deterministic software, and every generated
draft can be edited, regenerated or discarded before it is sent.
Where is AI used?
- ICP inference — interprets your product description and proposes a target
profile, with reasoning you can inspect and correct.
- Email drafting — writes a subject line and body per prospect from company and
role context.
What stays human?
- The decision to send. Nothing is dispatched without an explicit send action or an explicitly
enabled follow-up sequence.
- The ICP itself — inference is a proposal you edit.
- The message — drafts are editable and regenerable before they leave your account.
Do recipients know AI was involved?
Emails come from your domain and read as your outreach. Mailor does not impersonate individuals,
and generated copy is checked for common spam and deception triggers before sending. The
acceptable use policy sets out what you may not use it for.
