What data does Mailor process?

• Account data — email address, authentication credentials and plan state.
• Project data — product descriptions, inferred ICPs, and sending-domain configuration.
• Lead data — business contact information sourced from licensed providers.
• Generated content — email drafts and their send history.
• Engagement events — opens, link clicks, replies, bounces and unsubscribes.

How long is data kept?

Project and lead data is retained while your account is active so that campaign history remains readable. Deleting a project removes its leads and email records.
