Mailor is priced on credits rather than seats. Every plan includes the same product — ICP inference, AI email writing, verified contacts and outreach tracking — and plans differ only in the monthly credit allowance. The free plan costs nothing and requires no credit card.
A credit is consumed when an action completes successfully. Nothing is charged for work that fails. Credits are consumed per action at these rates:

Because sending is charged on success, a failed send costs nothing. Leads from the same company are de-duplicated before display, and billing follows the number of leads actually shown.
The free plan includes 50 credits per month, which is enough to run the complete workflow end to end: describe a product, review the inferred ICP, pull matching leads, generate emails, send, and watch replies and clicks come back. No credit card is required to start.
Yes. Each plan keeps an independent credit balance and validity period, so you can buy an additional plan when credits run low instead of being forced into a single larger tier. Balances accumulate rather than being replaced.
Annual plans renew automatically. You can cancel at any time before your renewal date and keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by the refund policy.
